Transitional Care Consulting is a division of Transitional Care Services, Inc., based in Baltimore, Maryland. This policy explains what information we collect through transitionalcareconsulting.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. When we say “we,” “us,” or “our,” we mean Transitional Care Consulting.

Information you give us

We only collect personal information that you choose to share with us. This happens in three places:

• Contact form. Your name, email address, the topic you select, and your message.
• Fit call intake form. Your name, email address, phone number, job title, what is bringing you to coaching, a short description of your current challenge, the type of engagement you are interested in, whether you are a current client of Transitional Care Services, whether you are currently in therapy (or that you prefer to discuss it on the call), how you heard about us, and your acknowledgment of the scope of coaching services.
• Scheduling and payment. When you book a fit call or pay for a coaching package, you provide information directly to the scheduling and payment services described below.

Please do not include sensitive personal or health details in our forms. We will cover specifics with you directly on your fit call.

How we use your information

• To respond to your questions and requests
• To review your intake answers and prepare for your fit call
• To schedule sessions and send reminders
• To provide coaching services you purchase and keep basic business records
• To make sure coaching is the right fit for you, including referring you elsewhere when another service would serve you better

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not use it for advertising.

Services we use

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run this website and our business. Each one handles your information under its own privacy policy.

• Hostinger hosts this website and our business email.
• Google provides our appointment calendar, email inbox, and the fonts used on this site. When you choose a time for your fit call, you book directly through Google Calendar.
• Stripe processes payments for coaching packages. Your card details go directly to Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our website platform may set a small number of cookies that are needed for the site to work properly. The scheduling and payment services above may set their own cookies when you use them.

Coaching is not therapy

Coaching services provided through Transitional Care Consulting are not therapy or mental health treatment. Information you share for coaching is kept confidential and used only as described in this policy. If you are a therapy or DOT SAP client of Transitional Care Services, Inc., your health information is handled separately under the privacy notice for those services at tcssap.com.

How long we keep your information

We keep your information only as long as we need it to respond to you, provide services, and meet our business, tax, and legal obligations. Form submissions from people who do not become clients are deleted when they are no longer needed.

How we protect your information

This website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection, and access to your information is limited to Transitional Care Consulting. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.

Your choices

You may ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal information we have about you, or to stop contacting you. Email us at info@transitionalcareconsulting.com and we will respond promptly. We may keep certain records when the law requires it.

Children
