The Rulebook

We all carry a rulebook: unwritten rules about how you should always, or never, show up. Always be the calm one. Never ask for help. Always have the answer.

Those rules got you here. Some of them are now the reason you’re stuck.

Coaching starts by reading your rulebook out loud, deciding which rules still serve you, and rewriting the ones that don’t.

Working with Ms.Nalty through coaching has been incredibly helpful, both in business and in life. She has a way of helping me organize all of the thoughts and ideas in my head and turn them into something that feels clear, realistic, and actionable. She has helped me think more intentionally about my businesses —my goals, my priorities, what matters most to me, and what I actually want my life to look like. Our conversations have helped me step outside of what is happening right now and think more long-term, including where I want to be five years from now and how my business, career, and personal life can all fit into that vision. She brings a great balance of business mentorship, accountability, and life coaching, and I always leave our sessions with more clarity and direction.
Questions

Frequently asked questions

What does an executive coach do?

An executive coach helps leaders think clearly about decisions, transitions, and the unwritten rules shaping how they lead. At Transitional Care Consulting, coaching focuses on where your current path is actually taking you and the specific moves that will change it.

Who do you work with?

Professionals and career changers, leaders, managers, and executives, entrepreneurs and small-business owners, and people in transition. Clients come to coaching when they want a strategic thinking partner rather than encouragement.

Is coaching the same as therapy?

No. Coaching is not therapy or mental health treatment. It focuses on goals, decisions, and direction. If another kind of support would serve you better, you will be told so and pointed to the right resources.
